To print Batch readings or send live readings (stream) from the PosiTector (Advanced Models) wirelessly to your printer a Bluetooth connection must be set up. This guide explains how to pair a PosiTector gage body (S/N 864000+) with your Bluetooth printer. To view a guide for pairing a Bluetooth printer with older PosiTector gage bodies, click here.
Pairing the PosiTector with Bluetooth Printer
1. Select the Connect option from the gage menu as shown. | 2. Select the Bluetooth option from the Connect menu. | 3. Select Bluetooth Classic. | 4. Ensure that the Bluetooth Classic Enabled box is ticked within the Bluetooth Classic menu. |
5. Select Pairing from within the Bluetooth Classic Menu. | 6. Select Next to acknowledge Gage is in Pairing Mode. | 7. With your Bluetooth Printer on and in Pairing mode, select your Bluetooth Printer from the list of active devices. | |
Printing a stored Batch from PosiTector Memory
1. Select the Memory option from the gage menu as shown. | 2. Next, select the Print option from the Memory menu. | 3. Select the Batches to be printed from the Print Batch list. | 4. The message Ensure BT Printer is on and connected is displayed. Select OK. |
Streaming live readings to the Bluetooth printer
1. Select the Connect option from the gage menu as shown. | 2. Next, select the Bluetooth option from the Setup menu. | 3. Select Bluetooth Classic from the Bluetooth menu. | 4. Select Stream from the Bluetooth Classic menu and check the box. |
5. Measurements will now be printed as they are taken. | |||
